After landing my first 5-figure brand deal as a microinfluencer, I finally took the leap. I left my corporate job that I had been at for over a decade to pursue two things full-time—building my own brand as an influencer (@maddiethemomma) and launching my agency.
What started as a personal journey, quickly opened my eyes to a deeper rooted issue in the industry: a serious lack of education and transparency. I saw firsthand how many influencers were being undervalued, underpaid, and taken advantage of, simply because they didn’t have the tools, knowledge, or support to advocate for themselves.
I’m here to disrupt that cycle. My mission is to create a space where influencers feel empowered, protected, and confident in building long-term sustainable careers.
